Grintela (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. This Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Policy outlines our procedures for addressing alleged copyright infringement on our website www.grintela.com.

1. Designated Copyright Agent

2. Reporting Copyright Infringement (DMCA Notice)

If you believe that any content or materials on our Site infringe upon your copyright, please send a written notification of claimed infringement (a “DMCA Notice”) to our Designated Copyright Agent with the following information:

a. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed. b. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works at a single online site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works at that site. c. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material. (Please provide specific URLs of the infringing material on our Site). d. Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact the complaining party, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an electronic mail address at which the complaining party may be contacted. e. A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law. f. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

3. Grintela’s Response to DMCA Notices

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA Notice, Grintela will take the following actions:

  • Promptly remove or disable access to the material identified as infringing.
  • Notify the user who posted or uploaded the allegedly infringing material of the removal or disabling of access.
  • If the material was posted by a user of our Services, provide the user with a copy of the DMCA Notice and inform them of their right to submit a counter-notification.

4. Counter-Notification (for users whose material was removed)

If you believe that your material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a written counter-notification to our Designated Copyright Agent with the following information:

a. Your physical or electronic signature. b. Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location (URL) at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled. c. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled. d. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which the address is located, or if your address is outside of the US, for any judicial district in which Grintela may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.

5. Grintela’s Response to Counter-Notifications

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, Grintela will take the following actions:

  • Provide the complaining party (the original copyright owner) with a copy of the counter-notification.
  • Inform the complaining party that it will replace the removed material or cease disabling access to it within 10 business days unless our Designated Copyright Agent first receives notice from the complaining party that a court action has been filed seeking a court order to restrain the user from engaging in infringing activity related to the material on our Site.

6. Repeat Infringers

Grintela reserves the right to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers of copyright.
