1. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Q: Is shipping really free? A: Yes! We are delighted to offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders within the United States. No minimum purchase is required.
Q: How long will it take to receive my order? A:
Order Processing: 1–3 business days (printing, quality checks, and packaging).
Shipping Transit: 14–21 business days.
Total Estimated Delivery: Approximately 15–24 business days.
Please note: These are estimates; actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays or weather conditions.
Q: Where do you ship to? A: Currently, Grintela exclusively ships to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Q: How can I track my package? A: Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). You can use this number on the carrier’s website to track your order’s progress.
2. RETURNS & REFUNDS
Q: What is your return policy? A: We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your item. We accept returns for items that are defective, damaged, incorrect, or even if you simply change your mind (Buyer’s Remorse).
Q: What are the conditions for a return? A: To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unwashed, unused, and in its original packaging.
Q: Who pays for return shipping? A:
Our Error (Defective/Incorrect Item): Grintela will cover the return shipping costs by providing a prepaid return label.
Customer Choice (Change of Mind/Wrong Size): If you are returning an item for personal reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Q: Do you charge a restocking fee? A: No. We do not charge any restocking fees for returns.
Q: When will I receive my refund? A: After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 10 business days. The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
3. PAYMENTS & ORDERS
Q: What payment methods do you accept? A: We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and other secure payment options available at checkout.
Q: Can I cancel or change my order? A: Because we process orders quickly, please email us at Support@grintela.com within 12 hours of placing your order if you need to make changes. We cannot guarantee changes once the item has entered the printing or shipping process.
