Shipping Destinations Currently, Grintela exclusively ships within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Shipping Fees We are delighted to offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders within the United States. No minimum purchase required!
Order Processing Time Since each product is custom printed after your order is placed, we require a short time to prepare your items for shipment:
- Processing Time: 1-3 business days
This includes printing, quality checks, and packaging. Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during peak seasons or holidays.
Estimated Delivery Time Once your order has been processed and shipped, here’s what you can expect:
- Standard US Shipping: 14-21 business days
Please remember that these are estimates. Delivery times can vary due to factors outside of our control, such as carrier delays or adverse weather conditions. We always aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible!
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). You can use this number to track the status of your package directly on the carrier’s website.
Incorrect Shipping Address Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If you realize you’ve made a mistake, please contact us immediately. While we will do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order enters processing.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact our support team at Support@grintela.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date or receipt of damaged goods. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
